We accept the following forms of payment:
Payment card
Dankort, VisaDankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and Mastercard Direct
The amount is only debited from your card when the order is dispatched.
EAN Invoice
Payment via EAN number for public authorities and institutions. Payment deadline is 30 days.
Advance payment via bank transfer:
In the case of bank transfer, we will only send the goods once we have registered your payment.

Delivery & shipping prices:
Normal packages are delivered with GLS to the parcel shop, private address or business address.
Volume packages, pallets, etc. which cannot be sent by GLS, is delivered by carrier.
Shipments outside Denmark cannot be ordered online, but we can be contacted on tel. 4121 8785
Delivery time:
The delivery time is indicated on the individual item. It is typically 1-2 working days for goods in our own warehouse, and 3-8 working days for goods in remote storage.
If you order goods with different delivery times, we will normally send your order together when it can all be delivered.
If your order is urgent, please contact us. We can often do magic.
Shipping prices for regular packages:
GLS Package Shop: DKK 0.
GLS delivery to businesses: DKK 0.
GLS delivery to private max. 20 kg.: DKK 69
GLS delivery to private max. 30 kg.: DKK 109. GLS GLS delivery to private max. 40 kg.: DKK 169.
Freight rates for volume, heavy packages and pallets:
Applies to shipments that are too large or heavy for regular shipping.
Package shop: Not possible
Delivery to private: DKK 299.
Delivery to businesses: DKK 299.
Regret of your purchase
Private customers have, with certain exceptions, a 14-day right of cancellation. The deadline expires 14 days after you have received your item.
You must notify us in writing that you wish to use the right of withdrawal by email info@greenier.dk
You can NOT cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the package, or by failing to pick it up in the package shop, without notifying us at the same time.
Return of canceled purchase:
You must send the order back to us as soon as possible, and within 14 days.

The package must be delivered to the address, and cannot be sent to a parcel shop.
Who pays the shipping?
When you make use of the right of cancellation, you must pay the freight yourself. You choose which shipping company will deliver the package, but we recommend GLS or Postnord.
If you return your entire order, you will receive the full amount paid back, incl. freight.
However, excluding any special services such as express freight.
If you only return part of your order, you will get a refund for the returned goods, but not the shipping.
If the parcel has been returned to us because you have refused receipt or not picked it up in the parcel shop, then the return freight will be deducted from the refunded amount. Return shipping is typically DKK 50-90 for a regular package.
Responsibility for the package
You are responsible for the package until it has reached us. Therefore, ensure good packaging and get a receipt for delivery. Please also avoid sending with shipping companies that deliver the package without a receipt (such as DAO)
No labels etc. may be attached. directly on the product’s packaging.
Condition of the item
The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. This also applies to the packaging.
If the value of the item has deteriorated and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you will only be refunded part of the purchase price. The amount depends on the product’s sales value, which in certain cases can be down to DKK 0.
You therefore lose your purchase amount in whole or in part by, for example:
- The product has actually been used
- The item has been scratched, dirty or damaged while you were responsible for the item
- The packaging is damaged or partially or completely missing
- You have purchased a product without the right of withdrawal, see below
Products without right of withdrawal
Certain goods cannot be returned if the packaging/seal is broken or the product has been used. This concerns, among other things, about services & software. In addition, products that are cut to meter measurements, e.g. cables as well as goods that are otherwise specially adapted or taken home to order.
Extended return right of 30 days
So that you have the opportunity to return gifts and the like. we offer an extended right of return of 30 days.
However, this ONLY applies to goods that have not been opened, used and that have unbroken and undamaged packaging.
(For the first 14 days, the general above-mentioned right of cancellation applies)
Right of complaint – If, for example, the item is defective
The Purchase Act always applies when you act as a private consumer.
Private customers have 24 months right of complaint. If your complaint is justified, you will be able to have the error rectified, or another suitable solution will be found, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after the error has been discovered, i.e. as soon as possible, and normally within 2 months.
The right to complain applies to faults and defects that were present or where the cause was present when you received the product.
The right of complaint does not apply to errors resulting from incorrect or rough treatment and wear and tear.
The right of complaint according to the Purchase Act does not apply to products that are used commercially. (See our conditions for business customers)
According to the Purchase Act, the burden of proof lies with the buyer after the first 12 months after the purchase.

In certain cases, we can handle the problem without getting the item back. And in other cases, it goes faster if we send the item directly to the workshop.
You will get the fastest dispatch by sending us an email with a detailed error description, and also pictures or video if that makes sense. (e.g. if there is visible damage)

The package must be delivered to the address, and cannot be sent to a parcel shop.
The package must also be properly packaged.
The following must be enclosed: A detailed description of the error (e.g. a printout of the email you sent us beforehand), as well as a copy/printout of the invoice or order confirmation.
Who pays the shipping?
If your complaint is justified, we will cover the shipping costs for private customers, if the products are for private use and not commercial use.
However, this requires that you have agreed with us in advance how the product is returned. In most cases, we will send you a package label so that you can hand in the package at a GLS Parcel Shop.
Reservation
Reservations are made for misprints, price errors, discontinued and sold-out items, deviations from what is written and the images shown in relation to the item.
Manuals for Greenier.dk’s products are most often in English, as these are professional products, and the buyer cannot claim against Greenier.dk that these must be delivered in another language.
